Payment

Payment must be received in full before your product(s) is/are dispatched. All product prices, features and specifications are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by credit or debit card or via bank transfer on pro-forma invoice for business customers.

All goods remain our property, until full payment has been received.

 

VAT

 

VAT will be applied to all orders at 20%. All prices quoted on our website exclude VAT. We are registered with HMRC for VAT. Our VAT registration number is GB359262573.

The verification of your credit or debit card is carried out by either Wix.com or SumUp.co.uk, both are leading providers of secure online card processing in the UK. Wix and Sum Up use 128-bit encryption and both are authorised by all the major banks and card companies in the UK to carry out the processing of credit and debit card transactions.

MediMark Group Limited does not have access to your card details when making purchases via this web store, these are passed directly from Wix or Sum Up in an encrypted form to your bank over a secure link. Each time you enter your credit card information, this information is only used once for the purpose of that transaction.

Credit Terms

Credit terms of 30 days net are available (subject to credit assessment) when you spend over £1500 (excluding VAT) with us per calendar month. You will need to apply for a credit account before making your first purchase.

Shipping

We will ship your order after receiving and confirming payment in full. We only ship to consumer and business customers who are based within the UK. We do not ship to non-physical addresses (such as PO Box or BFPO) We charge the following shipping rates calculated by weight:

Royal Mail 48 Tracked (0.75Kg - 2.00Kg) £3.95

Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2.00Kg - 10.00Kg) £6.95

We can also offer upgraded shipping to Royal Mail 24 Tracked. We charge the following shipping rates:

Royal Mail 24 Tracked (2.00Kg - 10.00Kg) £7.95

We charge a fixed £12.95 shipping rate for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

We will provide free shipping when you spend over £100 in any single transaction. We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked as our standard free shipping service.

For larger pallet orders, we provide free shipping. We use a range of Palletised Delivery Services for these types of order.​

Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once we have delivered them.

 

After 2 failed delivery attempts the goods will be returned to us. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and associated costs.

 

Any damages or shortages must be reported to us within 1 working day of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

All deliveries will be tracked and insured.

Due to the nature of the product and our stringent hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for any of our Covid testing kits.
